Newsom Signs Bills Helping Children as Young as 12 Hide Sex Operations, Abortions from Parents

Just a little over a week after surviving a recall election, California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) signed into law two abortion rights bills on Wednesday, including one that helps children keep sex-change operations and abortions a secret from their parents.
